Paula, the
new album by Robin Thicke, was a total failure around the world. In the UK, he
recorded only 530 copies sold in the first week, and a place at number 200 in
the ranking of best-selling albums. In Canada, we talk a meager 550 copies,
while at home, he would not have exceeded 25,000 copies.
The
interpreter Blurred Lines had dedicated the album love songs to his wife,
actress Paula Patton, whom he separated in February 2014 after almost nine
years of marriage. However, it seems that the romantic gesture singer has not
really touched a chord with his fans ...
The number
of disappointing sales is far from the success of his latest album, Blurred
Lines, which reached the first place of the charts.
