Nicolas Asselin Desbiens appointed

September 2012 - Our organisation is proud to announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas Asselin Desbiens as member of the board. With is experience in the world of spectacle, he will be an important addition to our team. 

Under FACTOR’s current constitution, the Board of Directors is comprised of a volunteer group of 9 individuals representing broadcasting and music industry companies and organizations: six from the music industry and three from  broadcasters.

Under the current by-laws there are eight members of the organization, controlling eight seats on the Board.  These members are responsible for the appointment of Directors. The Directors they appoint are responsible for electing the remaining three seats on the Board.

Please note that Mr Nicolas Asselin Desbiens is one of the youngest to be appointed on the board.
